The flexible way to enjoy the Cowden Quilt School Retreat 2024.

Take part in the retreat on both Saturday and Sunday, with lunches and refreshments included, then head home or arrange your own accommodation. 

This is a great option if you live locally, have friends or family nearby or want to explore more of beautiful Rutland.

£40 deposit and two installments of £80

Booking :

Chose whether you’d prefer to pay in full or with an initial deposit of 20%, followed by two installments with the balance due by 6 September 2024.

Important information :

If the retreat sounds perfect for you, there are a few things to note before you book:

• You'll need to bring your own sewing machine and equipment to spend the weekend working on your chosen project(s). 

• Accommodation will be an en-suite room for single occupancy. Please get in touch if you plan to bring a partner or share a room as costs may vary as a result.

• After you've unloaded your car, some parking spaces will be provided at an adjacent public car park with reimbursement from the hotel.

• Please note that evening meals are not included. 

• Places are limited and bookings will be taken on a 'first come, first served' basis.

In case of cancellation :

• If I have to cancel the retreat, a full refund will be provided.

• If you need to cancel, for any reason, a refund will not be possible, unless the cancelled place is re-booked by another quilter.

• Cancelled places are transferable but arrangements must be agreed with me at least one week prior to the retreat.

• If the retreat is sold-out, I will keep a waiting list. Places that become available will be offered on a 'first come, first served' basis.
